  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

    • We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or personalized T-shirts.

    • Sale items or clearance merchandise.

  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at Support@onekrok.com with your order number and reason for the return.

    • Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the wrong product was sent.

  4. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

    • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process after approval.

  5. Exchanges:

    • If you need a different size or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
